Description

This system conveys products through a scan tunnel and diverts them left, right, or straight using Helix units.

Components

  • Top Roller Conveyor: Customer existing conveyor
  • 2 × Gap Conveyors (1610mm): Infeed and outfeed of scan tunnel
  • Scan Tunnel: KEYENCE SR500 (shown in cyan)
  • Helix Diverters (3 units): Left, Right & Straight
  • Straight Through Conveyor (1610mm): Straight ahead path
